Archon
YAML workflow engine that runs coding agents through repeatable steps
What it is
Archon lets you define processes as YAML graphs of agent prompts, bash commands, loops, approval waits and child workflows, then runs them with Claude Code, Codex or Pi through their own CLIs. A bundled SDLC pack takes a GitHub issue through planning, implementation, review and CI to a merged pull request, with queues, isolated git worktrees and an attention inbox for decisions. Engineering teams use it to make agent-driven coding follow the same checks every time, with run logs and costs stored in SQLite or PostgreSQL on their own machine or server.
