Hivemind

Shared memory layer that turns coding agent sessions into team skills

What it is

Hivemind hooks into coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and OpenClaw, captures the prompts, tool calls and replies from each session, and keeps them as searchable traces backed by Deeplake. It finds patterns that recur across those traces and turns them into SKILL.md files that any agent on the team can draw on, and it also offers hybrid lexical and semantic search plus AI-written session summaries. Engineering teams install it so that a fix one person's agent works out becomes available to everyone else's agents on later sessions.
