What it is

Xray-core is a network proxy platform, forked from v2ray-core, that implements protocols such as VLESS, VMess, Trojan, Shadowsocks, SOCKS5, and WireGuard alongside the XTLS, REALITY, and XHTTP transports. It handles routing, DNS, and TLS fingerprinting so traffic is harder to detect and block. People in regions with internet censorship run it on their own servers, usually behind a web panel or paired with GUI clients like v2rayN and v2rayNG, to reach the open internet.
