QUIC-based proxy built to work on lossy networks and evade censorship

What it is

A proxy client and server that tunnels traffic over a modified QUIC protocol disguised as ordinary HTTP/3, so it is hard to detect and block. It supports SOCKS5 and HTTP proxy modes, TCP and UDP forwarding, Linux TProxy, and TUN, with built-in authentication, traffic statistics, and access control. People in censored regions run it on their own servers to reach the open internet, and operators can integrate it into existing infrastructure.
