Trilium Notes
A note app for building a large personal knowledge base as a tree of notes
What it is
Trilium organizes notes in a deep tree, where one note can live in several places. It is for people collecting years of notes, research, and journals in one place. Notes can hold code, diagrams, and scripts, and a sync server keeps desktop and web in step.
