What it is
Claude Context indexes a code repository into a vector database using embedding models, then exposes search tools over MCP so agents like Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, and Cursor can pull only the relevant code into their context. It uses Merkle trees for incremental re-indexing and ships as an MCP server, a core npm library, and a VS Code extension.
