Code-Graph-RAG

What it is

Code-Graph-RAG parses repositories in many languages with Tree-sitter, stores functions, classes, modules and their relationships in a graph (embedded SQLite by default, or Memgraph and Neo4j), and turns natural-language questions into Cypher queries. Its CLI agent can retrieve source, patch code with diff previews, find dead code, and merge runtime traces into the graph. It also runs as an MCP server. Developers working in large mixed-language monorepos use it to navigate and change code with answers grounded in the actual structure.
