What it is

A skill plus Python extractor that turns a PDF, EPUB, DOCX, Markdown, HTML or similar source into a structured agent skill: a core SKILL.md with mental models, per-chapter files loaded on demand, a glossary, patterns and a cheatsheet. Developers who own technical books, internal docs, specs or research papers run it once so their coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot CLI, OpenCode and others) can answer from the real text without loading the whole book into context.
