What it is

A command-line tool and Chrome/Firefox side panel that pulls clean text from web pages, PDFs, images, YouTube videos, podcasts, and other media, then summarizes it with a model of your choice. It prefers published transcripts, falls back to local or cloud transcription, and can extract timestamped video slides with optional OCR. Readers and researchers who want the gist of long content use it with API providers, Ollama, OpenRouter, or an authenticated coding CLI, and developers can call the extraction core as an npm library or get JSON output for scripts.
