Offline Bluetooth mesh chat with Nostr fallback for internet reach

What it is

A decentralized messaging app for iOS and macOS that relays messages across nearby phones over a Bluetooth LE mesh, with up to seven hops and no internet needed. When Bluetooth peers are out of range, it routes private messages and geohash-based location channels over Nostr relays. There are no accounts or phone numbers, private chats are end-to-end encrypted with the Noise Protocol, and an IRC-style command set and a triple-tap data wipe are built in. People at protests, disaster sites, or remote areas use it to keep talking when cell networks are down or untrusted.
