Rust networking library for direct peer connections dialed by public key

What it is

A Rust library that lets apps connect to devices by public key instead of IP address, using QUIC for encrypted, multiplexed streams. It attempts NAT hole-punching for direct links and falls back to relay servers when that fails; the relay and DNS lookup servers can be run on your own infrastructure. Developers building peer-to-peer apps can layer companion protocols on top for content-addressed blob transfer, gossip pub-sub, and synced key-value documents, with FFI bindings for other languages.
