Skills by Matt Pocock

Small, composable agent skills for disciplined software engineering

  • Agent skills and plugins
  • AI coding agents

What it is

A set of skill files for coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Copilot and Gemini CLI, installable as a plugin or as editable files. Skills include grilling sessions that make the agent question you before a change, a shared project glossary with decision records, triage against your issue tracker, and test-first red-green-refactor loops. Developers who want structure from their agent without handing the whole process to a heavyweight framework can adapt and combine them freely.
