What it is
An out-of-process data plane written in Rust on top of Envoy that sits between your services, your agents, and model providers. It routes requests to the right agent or LLM by name, alias, or preference, captures OpenTelemetry traces without code changes, and applies filter chains for moderation and jailbreak protection. Teams shipping multi-agent apps in production use it to keep routing, guardrails, and provider handling out of their application code, configured through a single YAML file.
