What it is
Video2X is a desktop app and command-line program that raises video resolution with Real-ESRGAN, Real-CUGAN, and Anime4K shaders, and smooths motion by interpolating frames with RIFE. It runs on Vulkan GPUs through ncnn, ships a Qt GUI and installer for Windows, packages and an AppImage for Linux, and a container image. Anime fans and people restoring old low-resolution footage use it to turn clips into sharper, higher-frame-rate versions without extra disk space during processing.
