Patent Disclosure Skill

What it is

A set of agent skills for Chinese patent work: mining patentable points from design docs and code, drafting disclosure documents for invention, utility model and design patents, and turning them into claims, specifications and abstracts. Other sub-skills explain published patents in plain language as Obsidian notes, build local patent maps, search CNIPA records by image or claim text, produce claim charts in Excel, summarize examination policy updates, and help draft office action responses. Engineers and patent agents in China use it to get inventions written up without starting from a blank page.
