What it is

A C++ library for writing and running unit tests in the xUnit style, bundled with a mocking library (formerly GoogleMock). It discovers tests automatically, offers a wide set of assertions plus custom ones, and supports death tests, value- and type-parameterized tests, and options to filter, shuffle, or parallelize runs. C++ developers use it to test everything from small libraries to large codebases such as Chromium and LLVM.
