Structured spec, planning, and task workflows for AI coding agents

What it is

A Python CLI (specify) that sets up projects with templates and slash-command skills so coding agents like GitHub Copilot follow a defined process: write a specification, turn it into a plan and tasks, implement, and check convergence. Extensions add bug-fixing and idea-assessment flows, while presets, workflows, and catalogs let organizations adapt or enforce their own methods. Developers who want their agent's output tied to written requirements rather than loose prompts use it to keep feature work reviewable step by step.
