What it is

A web app for turning PDFs into fillable forms with signature, date, checkbox, and file fields, then sending them to one or more people to complete and sign online. It applies automatic PDF signatures, verifies existing ones, emails submitters over SMTP, and stores files on disk or in S3, Google Cloud, or Azure. Teams that want to collect contracts and agreements without a hosted signing service can run it in Docker with SQLite, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, and connect it to other systems through its API and webhooks.
