wifit3

USB Wi-Fi auditing for Linux, Windows, and macOS

  • Security testing and OSINT
View on GitHub

What it is

wifit3 is a wireless security auditor that talks to supported USB adapters directly in user space, shipping Python ports of Linux Wi-Fi drivers so it runs the same across operating systems without kernel modules or tools like aircrack-ng. It scans 2.4 and 5 GHz networks, captures WPA/WPA2 handshakes and PMKIDs, runs WPS PixieDust and PIN attacks, an EvilTwin WPA3 downgrade, and a WEP suite. Penetration testers and network owners use it to audit the wireless networks and equipment they control.
