What it is

LifeOS sits on top of an AI coding harness such as Claude Code and gives it persistent memory, a profile of your goals and contacts, a bundled skill library, hooks, and task routing. It is installed by the agent itself from a prompt or a shell script and keeps user customizations separate so upgrades don't overwrite them. People who already work daily with an AI agent use it to turn that agent into a personal assistant that knows their context across research, writing, coding, and other projects.
