What it is

quiche is a Rust library that implements IETF QUIC and HTTP/3 through a low-level API, handling packet processing and connection state while the host application provides sockets, timers, and the event loop. It also offers a C API and example client and server binaries for testing. Developers building network software use it to add HTTP/3 support; it runs Cloudflare's edge HTTP/3, Android's DNS-over-HTTP/3 resolver, and can back curl's HTTP/3 mode.
