What it is

ego lite is a desktop browser for macOS and Windows where AI agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor run web tasks in isolated Spaces while you keep browsing in your own. Agents connect through the bundled ego-browser skill, which exposes snapshot, click, fill, wait, navigate, and capture as JavaScript functions that the agent combines into a single script. It can import your Chrome profile, so agents reach the sites you are already signed in to without fighting you for the mouse. People who hand web chores to coding agents, such as scraping sites or enriching leads in parallel, use it as the shared browser for that work.
