What it is

OpenMontage gives an AI coding assistant such as Claude Code or Cursor a set of pipelines, tools, and skill files for making finished videos from a plain-language brief. The agent researches, writes scripts, generates or retrieves footage, images, narration, and music, then edits and renders the result with FFmpeg, Remotion, or Blender. It can also analyze a reference video from YouTube or TikTok and propose similar concepts with cost estimates. Creators and small teams use it to produce explainers, trailers, shorts, and product films without a traditional editing suite.
