What it is

AnyPS5 converts PlayStation 5 executables into the native binary format of the host system using a relinker, then supplies reimplemented system prx libraries for dynamic linking, so games run without an emulator or separate runtime process. It also recompiles GPU shaders to SPIR-V for Vulkan and maps SDL controllers, keyboard, and mouse input. Game preservation researchers and porting hobbyists use it to bring titles up on PCs and report per-game progress; a browser-based converter keeps files on the user's machine.
