What it is

Electrobun is a desktop app framework that runs TypeScript on Bun for the main process and renders UI in the system webview, with an option to bundle Chromium instead. It includes typed RPC between processes, compressed self-extracting bundles, binary-diff updates measured in kilobytes, and native GPU surfaces through WGPU. Developers who want Electron-style apps with much smaller downloads use it to build, package, and ship software on macOS, Windows, and Linux.
