What it is
CCPM is an agent skill that walks an AI coding agent through brainstorming, writing a PRD, planning an epic, and breaking it into tasks that sync to GitHub Issues. Work on an issue can then be split into streams handled by several agents at once in a Git worktree, with progress posted back as issue comments. Status, standup, and search run as bash scripts rather than LLM calls. Developers using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, or similar harnesses add it to keep specs, context, and progress traceable across sessions.
