What it is
A GitHub Action that brings Claude Code into pull requests and issues, where it answers questions, reviews diffs, and commits fixes or new features when someone mentions @claude or assigns it a task. It can also run unattended from scheduled or event-driven workflows with a fixed prompt, for jobs like issue triage, docs syncing, or security-focused reviews. Engineering teams add it to their repositories to automate review and small code changes on their own runners, with model access through the Anthropic API, Microsoft Foundry, Google Vertex AI, or Amazon Bedrock.
