What it is

Jellium Desktop is a third-party desktop app for Jellyfin media servers that wraps the Jellyfin web interface in the Chromium Embedded Framework and hands video playback to mpv. Builds are offered for Linux (AppImage, Flatpak, AUR), macOS on Apple Silicon and Intel, and Windows on x64 and arm64. Jellyfin users who want local mpv playback instead of streaming through a browser tab can install it as their everyday client.
