What it is

A local-first harness and desktop app where coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and Cursor can survey the literature, propose hypotheses, carry out experiments, and write up what they find. It pulls papers from alphaXiv, bioRxiv, and PubMed, and can dispatch experiments to local hardware, SSH, Slurm, Kubernetes, Modal, Ray, or Hugging Face Jobs. Every experiment is logged in a local SQL database with its code and outputs so agents can build on earlier results. Researchers running ML or scientific experiments with AI agents use it to keep the work and evidence on their own machines.
