What it is
ECC (formerly Everything Claude Code) is a collection of skills, agent definitions, hooks, rules, and memory tooling that installs into coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and Cursor. It adds research-first workflows, persistent context between sessions, and a security scanner for agent configurations. Developers who work daily with AI coding agents install it as a plugin or through npm to give their agents shared conventions and reusable abilities.
