File-based planning skill that keeps coding agents on track across resets
What it is
An agent skill that has AI coding agents keep a task plan, findings, and progress log as markdown files in the project, so work can pick up again when a crash, compaction, or /clear wipes the session. Lifecycle hooks re-inject the current plan each turn, and an optional completion gate stops the agent from ending before the plan is marked done. Developers running long multi-step tasks in Claude Code, Codex CLI, OpenCode, Cursor, and other agents install it through npx skills, npm, or plugin marketplaces.
