ASC

On-demand Android APK decompiler that skips indexing and preprocessing

View on GitHub

What it is

ASC is a Python Android decompiler that reads an APK directly instead of building a global index first. It can list classes, decode the manifest, search for string, type, method, and field references across all DEX files, and decompile a single class in well under a second with low memory use. Mobile security researchers and AI agents use it to inspect large APKs or many APKs in batch on modest hardware, from the CLI, a GUI mode, or as a Python package.
