Virtual iPhone and iPad machines running on Apple Silicon Macs
What it is
Boots iOS or iPadOS inside a virtual machine on a Mac using Apple's Virtualization.framework and the Private Cloud Compute research VM support. It patches firmware, restores the system, and displays the guest screen in a window, with screenshots, screen recording, snapshots, VM export and cloning, plus an opt-in automation API served locally over HTTP and WebSocket. Security researchers and reverse engineers use it to debug and inspect iOS without a physical device, either through the Launchpad app or the command line.
