What it is

Insomnia is a desktop app for sending and debugging requests across REST, GraphQL, gRPC, WebSocket and Server-Sent Events APIs. It also includes an OpenAPI editor with preview, test suites with a collection runner, mock servers, and the Inso CLI for linting and testing in CI pipelines. Developers and API teams can keep projects fully local, sync them through their own Git repository, or share them via cloud sync with optional end-to-end encryption.
