What it is

A web app that answers questions by running searches through SearxNG and summarizing the results with a language model, citing where each answer came from. It works with local models via Ollama or cloud providers such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and Groq, and offers speed, balanced and quality modes, academic and discussion sources, image and video search, file uploads and local search history. People who want a Perplexity-style research tool without sending their queries to a hosted service run it on their own machine or server with Docker.
