CLI-Anything
Generates command-line harnesses so AI agents can drive desktop software
What it is
CLI-Anything builds structured command-line interfaces, with JSON output and REPL modes, around existing applications such as LibreOffice, Blender-style 3D tools, Obsidian, Calibre, Zoom and n8n, so coding agents like Claude Code or Cursor can operate them. It ships a community registry, CLI-Hub, where people browse and install ready-made harnesses with a single command, plus matching skill files for agents. Developers who want their agents to produce real artifacts in GUI-first software use it to generate, test and share these wrappers.
