What it is

Evolver is a Node.js command-line tool that scans an agent project's memory logs, picks a matching "Gene" or "Capsule" from an asset pool, and emits a structured prompt the agent can apply, recording each step as an evolution event for audit. It runs inside a git repository so changes can be reviewed, measured, and rolled back, and can run once, pause for human review, or loop as a daemon. Developers working with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or OpenClaw hook it in to keep agent improvements traceable instead of relying on ad hoc prompt edits. An optional hub connection adds sharing of assets across a network.
