RAD Debugger

Graphical x64 debugger for Windows and Linux, with a fast linker

  • Developer tools
View on GitHub

What it is

RAD Debugger is a native graphical debugger that attaches to and steps through multiple user-mode processes on a local x64 machine, with mature Windows support and early Linux support. It reads its own debug info format (RDI), converting PDB and DWARF on demand, and the project also ships radbin for converting and dumping debug info and the RAD Linker, an MSVC-compatible PE/COFF linker built to link very large executables quickly. C and C++ developers working on large native codebases, such as game engines, can use it to shorten the build and debug loop. The project is still in alpha.
