What it is

openGym is a web app you run on your own server to plan weekly or rotating routines, log sets during guided workouts, and track body weight and progress photos. It includes a large exercise library with demos, progression rules, plate math, estimated 1RM curves, and a muscle map showing trained, recovering, and neglected muscles. Lifters who want their training history off commercial servers can import from FitNotes, Strong, or Hevy and sync across devices with passkey sign-in.
