What it is
Instatic is a website builder and CMS that runs as a single Bun server, combining a breakpoint-aware canvas editor, content collections, media, users and roles, forms, and plugins. Pages are published as plain semantic HTML with a small generated CSS file, using built-in design tokens for color, type, and spacing scales. It stores data in SQLite or Postgres and deploys via Docker or one-click hosting templates. Designers and small teams use it to build and run marketing sites, blogs, and portfolios on their own server instead of a hosted builder.
