What it is
A plugin and skill set that puts a structured cycle around Claude Code, Grok, Cursor, or Codex CLI: it drafts a spec and task plan, implements approved tasks with tests, and runs a separate review before release. The spec lives in spec.md and the task list in Plans.md, and the harness tracks progress, picks up interrupted work, and blocks risky actions such as force pushes, secret reads, or production deploys. Developers who delegate coding to an agent use it to keep scope, checks, and final approval in their own hands.
