What it is
A small Node.js web app that takes a URL, runs wget in mirror mode to fetch the pages along with their scripts, stylesheets, and images, rewrites links for offline viewing, and sends the result back as a compressed archive over a socket connection. It needs wget installed on the server, and lets you cap download size and run time through environment variables. Developers and designers use it to grab a local copy of a site's front-end files to study or browse offline.
