What it is

BettaFish (Weiyu) is a Python system in which several LLM agents crawl and search social platforms such as Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin and Kuaishou, run sentiment analysis on posts and comments, and debate their findings in a moderated forum loop. A report agent then assembles the results into an interactive HTML report. Analysts, PR teams and researchers type a question in a chat-style interface and get a written assessment of public sentiment around a brand, event or topic, optionally combined with their own internal databases.
